The Air Jordan 1 High OG in the Atmosphere colorway, better known as Bubble Gum, is a feminine take on Jordan's most recognizable silhouette. The upper is made of leather, with glossy pink panels combined with navy and white, while the perforated toe box ensures breathability in the front part of the shoe. A classic Wings logo sits on the ankle, Nike Air branding is on the tongue, and the pink accent returns on the sole. Air cushioning works inside. The construction remains the same as ever: a high, stiffened ankle, just in a color palette you won't mistake for any other.

Sizing and fit

This is a (W) marked model, which means it is made in women's sizing - available numbers range from 36 to 44.5, with half sizes such as 38.5, 40.5, or 42.5. The leather is stiff at first and needs a few wears to break in around the ankle. In terms of length, the AJ1 silhouette can be tight in the toes, so if you have a wide foot, it is better to compare centimeters with the size chart than to rely on the size from other sneakers. The high upper supports the ankle, but requires lacing all the way up, otherwise the shoe will feel loose.

How to wear them

The Bubble Gum sets the styling itself: just one repetition of pink somewhere higher up is enough, the rest can remain neutral. With a high upper, a shorter pant leg or a cuff that reveals the ankle works best, allowing the full color block to be seen.
