Returns

1) You can make a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel - check carefully whether you have not exceeded this deadline.

2) Fill in our online return form.

3) Pack the product safely and make sure that the return form is inside the parcel.

4) Go to the InPost Szybkie nadania (Quick Send) page

5) Choose delivery to an address

6) Choose the appropriate parcel locker compartment size

7) Send the return parcel to us at the address

5) Place the parcel in any parcel locker.

6) Wait until we collect your return. The refund should be made within 14 days of our receipt of the parcel.
