Returns
You can return an in-stock product without giving a reason – you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the contract. We refund your money using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal (and if you enclose it in the parcel – from when we receive the parcel).
Special orders are not eligible for return: products marked “On order”, products sourced on individual order and pairs of footwear priced above PLN 5,000. Under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions, this exclusion also applies to Mystery Boxes and to underwear, socks and face masks in sealed packaging opened after delivery. If an on-order product is the wrong size, write to us – we will try to exchange it where possible. The full rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions (§ 8 and § 9).
The form is not mandatory, but if you put it in the parcel, it helps us match the return to your order more quickly. Simply including your order number in your message is also enough.
Check the deadline and the product. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel and then send the parcel back within a further 14 days. Returns do not cover special orders (including “On order” products) or other exceptions set out in the Terms and Conditions (§ 8 and § 9).
Download and fill in the return form – it is not mandatory, but it speeds up processing. You can also send your statement by email to support@shezamme.com.
Pack the product so that it arrives safely. If you have filled in the form, put it inside the parcel.
Go to InPost Quick Shipments.
Select delivery to an address and the appropriate parcel locker size.
Send the parcel to our address. You will find the details below.
Place the parcel in any parcel locker.
Wait for your refund. We refund the money using the same payment method you used (for cash on delivery – by bank transfer to the account you indicate) within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal or, if it was in the parcel, from when we receive the parcel.
