The Air Jordan 1 Retro High Union Los Angeles "Blue Toe" is a model intentionally designed to look pre-worn. The leather upper combines blue, red, white, and black, all held together by yellow stitching that mimics aging thread—the same effect that only appeared on 80s pairs after years of wear. The seams are left raw, without a smooth finish, giving the shoe the appearance of being handmade. There are two Nike Air logos on the tongue instead of one, which is the fastest way to recognize this version from across the street. Air cushioning is at work in the sole, so the pair is suitable for walking, not just for the display case.

The size range is wide, from 35.5 to 46, with half sizes in the middle range, making it easier to find your fit than with limited drops that have a narrow grid.
