Nike Air Terra Forma Off White Summit White Psychic Purple

Layered upper and visible Air cushioning

The Nike Air Terra Forma x Off-White "Summit White Psychic Purple" is an outdoor silhouette taken apart and put back together by Virgil Abloh. The upper is layered: leather where the shoe needs to hold its shape, suede on the overlays, and mesh in areas that need to breathe. The base is white and beige, with the whole look broken up by purple and neon accents. A visible Air unit works in the back, while underneath is an aggressive tread straight from trail shoes, which grips on gravel and wet pavement. The details are signature: a double tongue with Off-White and Nike branding, laces with "SHOELACES" print, and a side zip-tie.

Fit and sizing

This is a bulky shoe with a noticeably raised sole, so it looks heavier on the foot than it actually is. The layered construction slightly narrows the midfoot, so if you have a wide midfoot, consider going up half a size. Sizing starts at 40 and goes up to 46, with half sizes available in most of the range. Before you choose a variant, measure your foot and compare the result with the size chart, as a half-size difference is clearly noticeable with this construction.

How to style them

Terra Forma looks best where it belongs: wide cargos, technical drawstring trousers, a shorter puffer jacket. Skinny jeans look out of place with this sole. If you like this direction, check out the entire Nike x Off-White shelf, and for a calmer base for the same outfits, check out Nike shoes.
