The Foam Runner is not a sneaker in the classic sense: it is a single form molded from EVA foam blended with algae, with no lining, no laces, and not a single seam. The "Carbon" version sticks to dark gray with a graphite finish, so dust and scuffs are much less visible on it than on lighter shades. The signature cutouts in the forefoot and on the sides aren't just for decoration: they allow for airflow and take away the weight you might expect from a silhouette like this. The foam provides soft cushioning and bounces back to its shape, and the entire pair can simply be rinsed with water.

How to choose your size

This is the most important decision with this model because the foam doesn't stretch like knit fabric. The available sizes are 37, 38, 39, 40.5, 42, 43, 44.5, 46, and 47, meaning the scale has gaps; if your size falls between them, go for the next one up, not down. Your foot should have space inside and not touch the walls. When to wear them

The Foam Runner works well from spring to early autumn, for short distances and warm days: around town, running errands, or for a lazy weekend. The cutouts let air in, but they also let water in, so rainy days aren't its scene. It looks natural with shorts, short sweatpants, and wide-leg trousers with rolled-up cuffs. At a price of 649 PLN, it is also the gentlest entry point into the aesthetics of Adidas Yeezy shoes before you reach for models with Boost soles from the Adidas collection.
