Nike SB Dunk Low Green Apple

Green on green: how this upper is built

The Nike SB Dunk Low "Green Apple" breaks the color down into two levels: the light green base of the upper gets darker accents in areas that outline the shoe's shape, ensuring the Dunk silhouette doesn't blur into a single splash of color. An embroidered apple motif sits on the insole—a detail visible only to the owner and those they choose to show. The toe box is perforated, which genuinely improves comfort on warmer days rather than just serving as a decoration.

Cushioning and sole

Underfoot, Zoom Air provides cushioning that absorbs impact during landings. The rubber sole grips the surface securely, whether it's skate grip tape or a city sidewalk after the rain. This is an SB line construction, built to withstand loads that standard sneakers aren't designed for: stronger stitching and a thicker upper endure abrasion for longer.

Which size to choose

Sizes run from 36 to 46, mostly with half sizes. With such a light color, it’s best to get it right the first time, as any extra trying-on outdoors leaves a mark—the easiest way is to measure your foot in centimeters and compare the result with the size chart. If you are wavering between two sizes, consider the socks you will be wearing most often; thicker terry cloth socks can change the fit by half a size.

How to style them

Light green is demanding and does not like the company of other bold colors. It looks best paired with black, navy blue, grey, and washed white, where it remains the only pop of color in the outfit. It looks good under a simple, slightly cropped leg, as this shows off the entire side of the upper and the division into two shades. We have collected other versions of the silhouette in Nike Dunk shoes, a broader overview of the brand can be found in Nike Streetwear shoes, and fresh arrivals land in New Arrivals.
