The sizing here is exceptionally wide - from 38 and 38.5, through 39, 40, 40.5, 41, 42, 42.5, 43, 44 and 44.5, up to 45, 45.5 and 46. The Dunk fits fairly standard, but it has a relatively narrow front, so for a wider foot, going up a half size is safer.
