Nike Dunk Low Next Nature White Mint

White base, mint accent

Next Nature is a line in which Nike reassembles iconic silhouettes using recycled materials, and "White Mint" is its calmest iteration. The white upper features mint overlays and a matching Swoosh—the color is so subtle that under a cloudy sky it reads almost like light grey, while in the sun it reveals a clean green. Underfoot, there is a cushioning insole, with a rubber outsole below. The finish is matte, without any patent elements, so the shoe does not reflect light and does not stand out more than it should.

How to choose your size

The Dunk Low has a fairly narrow toe box and a flat insole, so if you have wide feet, it is worth going half a size up compared to running shoes. The size range for this pair starts at 36 and ends at 44.5, covering both women's and men's feet. Instead of guessing, measure your foot in the evening when it is most swollen, and compare the result with the size chart. Recycled materials in the upper are less stretchy than full-grain leather, so the shoe does not break in as much as a classic Dunk over time—having a little extra room at the start really matters here.

How to style them

White and mint is the easiest combination possible: it goes well with wide-leg jeans, shorts, and sand or grey tracksuits. Just one element in the same shade of green—a sock, a hat, a bag strap—is enough to make the whole look feel thoughtful rather than accidental.
