Right to withdraw from the contract
Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights: The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return it without giving a reason.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods and acceptance of their condition.
The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer.
The goods must be intact and contain tags.
The customer has no right to file a complaint if he was informed about the defective product before placing the order.
