Parra x Dunk Low OG SB QS

Distinctive design and user-oriented functionality

The Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low OG QS is the result of another collaboration between Nike SB and Dutch artist Piet Parra, known for his bold, abstract compositions and vibrant color palette. The design combines the functionality of skateboarding footwear with a unique, artistic form.

The upper is crafted from premium white natural leather, complemented by textile panels adorned with a multi-colored print. Shades of pink, red, and blue – Parra’s signature palette – dominate the design. One of the model's most standout elements is the double Swoosh: one embroidered and the other printed, creating an effect of depth and dimensionality. The entire shoe rests on a classic rubber sole with a built-in Zoom Air unit in the heel, a solution offering effective cushioning and durability for skateboarding use.

The model was released as a QS (Quickstrike) edition, which signifies a limited production run, distribution through select retailers, and a focus primarily on collectors and skate culture enthusiasts.

Branding and details distinguishing the Parra design

The design features accents that directly reference Parra's artistic identity. The artist's logo is placed on the tongue, while the embroidered branding on the heel and the graphics on the insole are executed in his characteristic style. These details reinforce the product's narrative not only as a functional shoe but also as a collectible item.

The "White / Fire Pink" colorway is consistent with the aesthetic of Parra’s previous projects – a bright base broken by dynamic, abstract accents that create a strong contrast and a distinct visual identity. See also other Nike Dunk Low shoes and other Nike Dunk models.
