New Balance 725 Beige

A sandy version of the archival running shoe

The New Balance 725 Beige features the same technical, layered construction as the darker versions of the model, translated into a cream-and-sand palette. The upper combines breathable mesh with synthetic panels that provide durability in areas most prone to abrasion. The N logo is tonal—matching the color of the upper—which makes the shoe look subtle from a distance, with the details only becoming visible up close. Subtle reflective inserts and streamlined lines reveal the silhouette's running heritage from the early 2000s. The midsole is equipped with ABZORB, a cushioning material that absorbs shock upon contact with hard surfaces.

Fit and sizing

The interior is lined with textile, and the contoured insole supports the foot along its entire length, so the model holds up for a full day on your feet. The size range goes from 36 to 45.5 and includes half sizes, making it one of the widest ranges we have in the 725 family. For a typical foot, take your standard size. If you are wavering between two, measure your foot in the evening and check the result in our size guide—by the end of the day, your foot is slightly longer than in the morning, and that is what determines comfort.

How to style them

Beige is a forgiving color: it fades into the background with olive cargo pants or a grey tracksuit, while paired with black, it creates a sharp contrast at the bottom of the outfit. The light mesh requires a little attention, but a soft brush and a textile cleaner will handle it in a few minutes.
