New Balance 550 Aime Leon Dore White Green

New Balance 550 x Aimé Leon Dore "White Green" – basketball classic with a New York twist

The New Balance 550 x Aimé Leon Dore "White Green" is the result of a successful collaboration that breathed new life into the classic 550 silhouette – originally created as a basketball shoe in the 80s. In this edition, the upper is made of high-quality natural leather, perforated for better ventilation. Pure white dominates, broken by deep green on the logos, finishes, and sole, creating a contrasting and expressive aesthetic. Additional cream accents on the "aged" style midsole reinforce the retro effect and highlight the vintage character of the entire pair.

The low-top construction, solid rubber sole, and classic branding details – like the "ALD" logo on the tongue and insoles – represent a blend of sports history and a modern approach to design. The model stands out not only for its material and look but also for its history – it was Aimé Leon Dore that contributed to the renaissance of the 550 model in contemporary streetwear.

Limited drop with collector's value

The "White Green" release is part of a limited drop that immediately gained status as one of the most desirable models in the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance line. The shoes vanished from the market instantly, reaching high prices on the secondary market, which testifies to their collector's value and status in the sneakerhead community.

The unisex nature and universal colorway make the model easy to style – both with everyday urban wardrobe and more sophisticated casual sets. It is the perfect combination of basketball heritage and the New York vision of contemporary style. You can find other models in the shoes category.
