Air Jordan 13 Retro Red Flint

What's on the upper

The Air Jordan 13 Retro Red Flint combines three materials on a single upper: white leather on the toe box and heel, Gym Red mesh on the sides, and grey suede details. A holographic emblem sits on the heel, changing color depending on the angle of the light, with the classic Jumpman logo on the tongue. Full-length Zoom Air cushioning works underfoot, and the rubber outsole features a panther paw-inspired tread—the segmented pattern that makes the 13th model recognizable from across the street.

Fit and sizing

This is a high-top silhouette with a thickly padded collar and a full midfoot, so you'll need to tighten the laces more if you have narrow feet. The leather is stiff at first, taking a few days to break in around the toe flex point, so don't judge the fit after just the first hour. The sizing is consistent with the rest of the brand, so you should stick to the size you wear in other pairs from the Air Jordan collection. This version is available in sizes 40 to 46, including some half sizes. Measure your foot in the evening and compare the result with the size chart—it's more reliable than converting from another brand.

How to style them

The red here is bold enough that the rest of your outfit can be understated: black or grey straight-leg pants, a hoodie, or a jacket in a color that matches the upper. Cuffed pants or cropped cargo trousers reveal the ankle and the entire panther-like sole, which looks better than covering them up with long jeans. If you're looking for a different colorway on the same silhouette, check out the Air Jordan 13 collection, and find the latest arrivals in our new releases.
