Air Jordan 12 Retro Field Purple

What makes this version of the 12s stand out

The Air Jordan 12 Retro Field Purple features a black leather upper, overlaid with a bold purple side panel. Gold lace eyelets and the embroidered Jumpman logo are the details that make a difference on this silhouette, as the 12 has always been the most elegant entry in the series, and this colorway is no exception. The leather here is thicker than in lighter models, so the shoe maintains its shape and does not collapse on the sides after months of wear.

Cushioning and sole

Inside, there is a full-length Zoom Air unit, which provides low-profile, responsive cushioning rather than a soft, sinking feel. The rubber outsole with a carbon fiber shank adds torsional rigidity, preventing the foot from sliding to the sides during quick changes of direction. These are solutions taken from the court, but on the pavement, they simply translate into a stable, confident step all day long.

How to choose the right size

The 12 is built more robustly than the 4 and offers more room in the midfoot, although the stiff heel requires a few outings to break in. Available sizes range from 40 to 47—larger numbers only; there are no smaller sizes in this colorway. Compare your insole length with the size chart instead of relying on the size from a different model, as differences within the series can be noticeable.

Styling and purchase

The combination of black, gold, and purple calls for a simple, dark outfit: tapered pants to show off the full silhouette of the shoe, and a pattern-free top. This pair also works with a more relaxed suit if you like such contrasts. We have gathered related models in the Air Jordan 12 collection; a wider selection is available in the Air Jordan shoes section and our entire footwear department. The price of this pair is 1799 PLN. Before listing, we check the box, product code, stitching, glue, and sole; we do not carry replicas. Selected pairs can be tried on at our partner store, SneakersJoint at Odrzańska 15 in Wrocław, as SHEZAMME sells exclusively online.
