Sporty & Rich x Samba OG White Legend Ink

What changes compared to the regular Samba

The Sporty & Rich x Samba OG "White / Legend Ink" stays true to the model's original construction: a smooth white full-grain leather upper, a thin leather tongue, a translucent gum sole, and the low, flat profile familiar to anyone who has ever worn a pair of Sambas. The changes lie in the color and details. The three stripes appear in a deep "Legend Ink" navy, while the gold "Sporty & Rich" lettering on the side enhances the elegant, almost tennis-like character of this version. From a distance, it’s a calm white shoe; up close, it’s clear this isn't just a basic pair off the shelf.

Adidas sizing and how it fits

The Samba has a narrow last and a very flat sole, which can make it feel tight on wider feet during the first few days before the leather breaks in. The size range runs from 36 to 46 2/3 and is divided into one-third increments, so the jump between sizes is smaller than with standard half-sizes. If you have a wide foot or a high instep, take the next size up from the list and compare the insole length with our size chart instead of relying on the size numbers from other brands.

How to wear them

The flat, low silhouette pairs well with narrower trouser legs and a cuff just above the ankle, as this shows off the full line of the stripes and the gold lettering. It works with straight-leg jeans, wide-leg dress pants, and even shorts in the summer. You can find other versions of this model in the Adidas Samba collection, the brand's wider range in the Adidas Streetwear section, and if you want to compare it with other low silhouettes, check out our shoes.
