Description
The Nike Air Max 1 is the shoe that started visible Air. The Thunder Blue makeup runs a saturated blue across the upper panels, contrasting the lighter base and keeping the archival silhouette looking current.
Construction stays true to Tinker Hatfield's 1987 design: breathable mesh in the vent zones, nubuck overlays reinforcing the sides and heel, and a rubber outsole with the classic tread. A visible Air unit sits in the heel.
