Measure the child's foot in centimeters, from heel to longest toe, and compare the result with the size chart. Keep in mind that a child's foot grows in spurts, and a slide without adjustments is unforgiving of a size that is either too small or too large - in the latter case, the heel will extend beyond the sole.
