The Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 "Azure Reflective" is built on a Primeknit upper interwoven with reflective fibers. By day, the shoe reads as dark brown, featuring the wavy knit pattern characteristic of the 380 series; after dark, in the glow of streetlights or headlights, the entire surface begins to reflect light. Added to this is a bright blue, translucent side stripe that cuts across the dark background and serves as the only strong color accent in the entire construction. The knit is flexible, so it conforms to the midfoot instead of compressing it, and the low-profile, rounded sole keeps the silhouette close to the ground.

Under the upper, Boost foam works to provide responsiveness and cushioning with every step—this is the same technology that built the reputation of the entire Yeezy 380 family. Dark brown with a blue stripe works best with simple, solid-colored outfits: grey sweatpants, black straight-leg trousers, a cropped jacket.
