Black that isn't flat

The 2016 Pirate Black is one of those pairs that built the entire 350 line. The flexible Primeknit upper is black, but not uniform: gray threads are woven into the knit, breaking up the surface and revealing the fabric's structure when viewed up close. The material is breathable and fits the foot more like a thick sock than a shoe, with no rigid overlays to dig in at the flex point. Underneath, Boost foam provides cushioning and responsive energy return with every step. The cut is unisex, and the monochromatic colorway ensures the pair looks just as good after a year of wear as it did on day one—black doesn't show dust the way lighter versions do.
