Description
Gel-Kayano 20 is one of Asics' most elaborate builds - chunky, layered, visibly technical. Unaffected kept it in a single black with an obsidian sheen, so shape and texture carry the whole look instead of colour.
Mesh, nubuck and welded overlays cage the midfoot. A tall midsole with GEL at heel and forefoot softens impact while adding height. The midfoot is cinched - wider feet should take half a size up.
