The Converse SHAI 001 Butter is the Shai Gilgeous-Alexander-signed debut of the Converse basketball line in a buttery yellow colorway.
Description
The Converse SHAI 001 is the first signature shoe built with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and the Butter make-up wraps the whole upper in a soft yellow tone. The shade softens the athletic silhouette and works far beyond the court.
A synthetic upper is backed by midfoot support panels, while EVA foam in the midsole handles cushioning and keeps the weight down. The rubber outsole uses a traction pattern tuned for hardwood, extending the brand's long history of rubber toe caps and vulcanized soles.
