The "Microchip" model brings back the proven design of an early 2010s trainer in shades of cool grey. The breathable Airmesh upper is reinforced with a synthetic Support Frame, providing the foot with ventilation and lateral stability with minimal weight. Reflective accents improve visibility during evening sessions, while metallic panels give the silhouette a subtle, technological retro-runner character.
Stability, cushioning, and motion control
A rear ProGrid™ unit paired with full-length SSL EVA foam ensures a soft landing and provides responsive cushioning over long distances. A dual-density medial post and Arch-Lock™ system stabilize the arch for moderate overpronation, while a traditional 12 mm drop facilitates a smooth transition. The XT-900 rubber outsole in high-wear zones and blown rubber in the forefoot combine durability with a flexible toe-off. The shoe weighs approximately 340g (US 9) and maintains everyday functionality with a removable, anti-bacterial insole.
