The upper is made of breathable maple-orange Airmesh 360° mesh, complemented by burgundy-wine suede panels and metallic antique-gold TPU frames. The premium suede used increases abrasion resistance, while synthetic Support Frame elements and injected TPU reinforcements stabilize the midfoot without excessive weight. Small fir-green inserts on the "river" logo refer to the remaining green leaves, while reflective 3M™ stripes on the toe and heel, designed in the shape of leaf veins, improve visibility after dark and emphasize the reference to nature.

ProGrid™ cushioning system and sole properties

The ProGrid™ capsule (TPU + Hytrel®) placed under the heel and cooperating with full-length SSL EVA foam is responsible for damping the initial impact. A dual-density medial post along with an Arch-Lock™ strap controls moderate overpronation while maintaining a smooth roll-off (drop ≈ 12 mm). The outsole combines XT-900 rubber in high-wear areas with a Blown Rubber compound under the toes; Tri-Flex grooves increase flexibility during push-off and grip on wet, autumn asphalt. A transparent element above the ProGrid insole reveals the cushioning layer and is a visual detail of the "Seasonal Skies" series.
