The upper is made of matte-finish ballistic Airmesh, secured with heat-bonded ArmorFrame TPU panels and a classic Support Frame that wraps around the midfoot. A hydrophobic DWR coating protects the material from moisture, while graphite 3M™ strips in the toe and heel areas increase visibility without disrupting the full stealth-tech aesthetic. A ProGrid™ capsule (TPU + Hytrel®) works under the heel, and full-length SSL EVA foam dissipates shock over long distances. A dual-density medial post and an Arch-Lock™ strap control moderate overpronation, maintaining a natural gait with a classic ~12 mm drop.
Traction, durability, and collector details
XT-900 rubber in high-wear areas works with Blown Rubber under the toes, while Tri-Flex grooves facilitate flexible toe-offs on wet asphalt. A laser-engraved "Armor Black" patch on the tongue, a metal shield-shaped GRID® hang-tag, and a double set of laces (black rope with a reflective thread and classic flat ones) underscore the limited-edition nature of the model. Thanks to the ballistic mesh and DWR coating, the shoe is perfect for both autumn training sessions and tactical urban outfits. This model joins our Saucony shoes and other sneakers.
