Description
KAWS THE PROMISE Black – a sculpture with an emotional message and symbolic power
The KAWS THE PROMISE figure in the Matte Black version is a minimalist yet deeply meaningful interpretation of two COMPANION figures embracing the globe together. The design references values such as care, community, and responsibility, creating a narrative situated at the intersection of contemporary art and visual culture. The black finish enhances the gravity of the message while simultaneously highlighting the purity of its form and details.
2023 limited drop – a collectible vinyl sculpture
Crafted from high-quality vinyl with a matte finish, the figure stands approximately 31.5 cm tall and features the embossed KAWS logo. It comes in an aesthetic box with graphics referencing the sculpture. Released as part of a one-time global drop in 2023, THE PROMISE Black quickly gained status as one of the artist's most reflective and sought-after projects.
