Run Star Motion White goes for purity: a white upper over a white, fluidly waved sole creates one continuous mass where shape does all the work. This colourway shows the curves better than any dark version.
Converse has been an American institution since 1908 - the canvas upper and vulcanised heritage are here, moved onto a tall, springy base. The canvas breathes and the rubber outsole with its wave-cut edge combines cushioning with grip.
