How we check every pair
Limited pairs reach us from all over the world. Before they get to you, they pass through the hands of people who inspect hundreds of pairs every month. Here is exactly what happens to a shoe between the supplier and your door.
- 3 continents we source pairs from
- 8 checkpoints on every pair
- 24h in-stock pairs ship immediately
- 14 days to return without giving a reason
-
01Where our pairs come from
Supplier network: USA, Europe, JapanLimited models sell out in minutes. Over the years we have built a network of trusted suppliers in the US, Europe and Japan, which lets us get pairs that simply are not available in Poland.
We do not buy from open markets or random sellers. Every supplier has a track record with us, and every delivery comes with documented provenance.

02Delivery intake
Completeness checkOn arrival we check whether the parcel and the box are intact. We verify that everything is there: box, inserts, spare laces, tags, product card.
If anything is missing or the box is crushed, the pair goes back to the supplier and never reaches the site.
-
03Authenticity verification
UV, EAN code, comparison with a reference pairThis is where the real work starts. We check the markings under UV light, match the EAN code on the label with the box and the model database, and inspect the last shape, stitch spacing, the font on the tongue and the sole structure.
Every pair is compared against a reference sample of the same model. Hundreds of pairs pass through our hands each month, and that experience catches things a photo never shows.

04Packing and shipping
Shipping in 24hA verified pair ships in its original box, protected by an extra outer carton so the box arrives exactly as it left us. Inside you will find a verification card.
Orders placed before 2 PM ship the same day. Pairs sourced to order usually take 6 to 14 business days.
What we look for in every pair
The checklist is always the same, whether the pair costs 400 or 4000 zloty.
- Stitching and spacingUneven spacing and loose threads are the first warning sign.
- Glue and finishVisible glue along the sole edge does not pass our check.
- Size labelFont, layout, background colour and article number must match the model.
- EAN code and boxWe compare the label code with the box sticker and the maker's data.
- UV checkSome markings glow differently on an original than on a fake.
- Last shapeThe silhouette and sole profile are set against a reference pair.
- Smell of glueA sharp chemical smell is typical of non-original pairs.
- Complete setInsoles, laces, tags and papers all have to be there.
FAQ
What happens if a pair fails verification?
It never goes on sale. If it was sourced to order, we refund the full amount together with the return shipping cost and look for another pair.
Do I get any document confirming it?
Yes. Inside the box you will find a verification card with the model, size and check date.
Do you check clothing too, not just shoes?
Yes. With apparel we look at the tags, production code, print quality and stitching. The rule is the same: we do not sell anything we have not checked first.
How long does sourcing a pair to order take?
Usually 6 to 14 business days. It depends on where in the world we find your size. Most of the time it is faster.
