01Where do we get the pairs from
Supplier network: USA, Europe, JapanLimited-edition models disappear from stores in minutes. Over the years, we have built a network of trusted suppliers in the US, Europe, and Japan, allowing us to source pairs that are simply unavailable in Poland.
We do not buy from exchanges or random individuals. Every supplier has a history with us, and every shipment has a documented origin.

02Delivery acceptance
Completeness checkUpon receipt, we check whether the package and the box have arrived intact. We verify completeness: the box, inserts, extra laces, tags, and product card.
If anything is missing or the box is crushed, the pair is returned to the supplier and does not go on the website.

03Authenticity verification
UV, EAN code, comparison with the master sampleThis is where the real work begins. We shine a UV light on the markings, compare the EAN code on the label with the box and the model database, and check the shape of the last, the stitch spacing, the font on the tongue, and the texture of the sole.
We compare every pair with a reference specimen of the same model. Hundreds of pairs pass through our hands every month, and this experience allows us to catch things that aren't visible in photos.

Packing and Shipping
Ships within 24 hoursThe verified pair comes in its original box, protected by an additional cardboard box, to ensure it arrives in the same condition as when it left us. Inside, you will find a verification card.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Pairs brought in on request usually take 6 to 14 business days.
What are we looking for in every pair
The list is always the same, regardless of whether the pair costs 400 or 4000 zlotys.
- Stitches and their spacingUneven stitching and loose threads are the first red flag.
- Glue and finishVisible glue on the edge of the sole does not pass our quality control.
- Size labelFont, layout, background color, and article number must match the template.
- EAN code and boxWe compare the code from the label with the sticker on the box and the manufacturer's data.
- UV checkSome of the markings on the original glow differently than on the counterfeit.
- Hoof shapeThe silhouette of the shoe and the profile of the sole are compared against a reference pair.
- The smell of glueA sharp chemical smell is a typical feature of counterfeit perfume.
- Completeness of the setInsoles, laces, tags, and documents must be in place.
Frequent questions
What happens if a couple does not pass the verification?
It will not be put up for sale. If it was purchased on demand, we will refund the full amount, including return shipping costs, and look for another copy.
Will I receive any supporting documentation?
Yes. In the box, you will find a verification card with the model, size, and inspection date.
Do you check clothes as well, not just shoes?
Yes. For clothing, we look at the labels, production code, print quality, and stitching. The principle is the same: we do not sell anything that we haven't verified beforehand.
How long does it take to order a pair?
Usually 6 to 14 business days. The time depends on where in the world we locate your size. It is usually faster.
